Warm, full, and rich. I love when you can feel this in your ear. This is the best feeling I’ve had in a long time. Not just because it’s a sign of good energy, but also because it means you’ve had an awesome day.
I have actually experienced a lot of warm feeling in my ears in the past week, both from energy Ive had (I was in the middle of my first big project of the day) and from getting a lot of sleep. This is why.
A lot of energy comes from the body. We all lose energy through regular activities, so we need to keep our energy levels up by staying active. We also need to eat and sleep, which is why when you feel warm in your ear youre probably feeling good.
The best way to boost your energy levels is through physical activity. Even if youre just sitting around your apartment, if you are working on a project, you are probably going to feel more energized. Your mood also affects how you feel. If youre depressed you probably feel lethargic, if youre happy you probably feel like youre on top of the world.
The problem with the above logic is that it assumes that being active in life is always good. Yes, it is, but be sure to exercise some discipline. If you are working on a project or doing some other activity that requires a lot of energy, you should probably take a long break from it.
Not only can this break be beneficial, but it can also be very productive. You’ll then be in a better frame of mind to stay focused on your project or activity.
Not only is it good for your eyesight, it can also help you get out of your comfort zone. Think about it. If you don’t think about what you’re working on, you will never get out of the comfort zone.
What is a comfortable zone? The one that you feel most comfortable with. By taking a break, you will be able to stay in that zone.You will be less likely to feel anxious, frustrated, or even bored when you’re working on something for too long. This allows you to work at the level you’re at now, rather than at a lower level.
The fact is, there are days when you get really tired or bored of a particular task. It can be frustrating to not be able to just stop and try something new, but it can also be really fun. Even if you only feel like youre working on something for a few hours, you can still take a break and have the mental focus to jump into something new.
I know it can get pretty annoying, but I’ve also actually enjoyed the challenge of taking a break from a project. I’ve always been a little bit of a perfectionist and if I’m not completely done with something, I usually start to feel like it’s not perfect. (I have to say, I have never been one for “letting it go”.
