If I’m trying to “calm down” and stop feeling so stressed and anxious, then the only thing I can do is try to learn to quell for pain and experience pleasure. How many times have I felt guilty or guilty about something? I have no idea. What I do know is that I have found that when I stop and say, “I’m just going to sit here and take it,” I feel better.
