We feel like if we have a hangover, we aren’t really “on.

Hangxiety is a pretty common problem, and it comes from a lot of things. Some people just want to be okay with the uncertainty of life. Others just want to know what tomorrow is going to bring. But everyone has a different form of hangxiety. There is no one particular way to get rid of it. You can just accept it as a part of life. Or you can try to learn more about it. We can’t do both.

We can learn from the old saying that “if you don’t know what to do, you can always go back to the past and wait.” In other words, that’s what we do. When we are done with the task of getting rid of hang-like-worshipping, we are going to move on to the next place to go, and then we are going to move on to the next place to go again.

Hang-worshipping is like a mental illness. It can take a lot of years to get over, and it can be very difficult to get rid of. It can be very lonely. It can make you feel very anxious and self-conscious. There is a psychological term for it called ‘post-traumatic stress.

When you get into this crazy situation, you’re not just going to have to walk through your head. You’re going to have to leave a door for your friend and/or family to open. And then there’s the fact that you’re not doing enough to get rid of hang-worshipping.
