I can’t believe how sensitive my mouth is to spicy food. I get easily irritated when I eat any type of hotness. I don’t even realize I’m getting hot until I taste it. I’m eating this spicy food and I get hot.
I just got a text from a friend that he has a new hot spice, one that is so strong that it makes your mouth hurt. He isnt sure just yet but he is going to try it.
This is more of a problem for me than for you since I still like spicy food. Its a lot more like a problem with my heart muscle and it really bothers me. I would love to be able to taste hot spice as often as I can, but its much harder to do. You should probably just buy a spicy food that you can taste.

You might just need to eat spicy food to get good at it. It’s a good habit to pick up, and you’re probably going to need it for a while. It might just take you a while to get the habit going.

The only way to really know if you have a food allergy is you have to eat spicy food and it will probably make you feel bad. But that doesnt matter for the most part because it is a habit. When you do eat spicy food your nervous system will automatically go to work and make you feel bad about it as a reflex. But as soon as its over, the nervous system will switch over to the normal way of eating (which is all to the good).
