This is one of my favorite ideas for finding ways to use up that last bit of fresh herbs that are still hanging around in the garden. The biggest drawback to these wholesale dried flowers and herbs is that they are more expensive than what you would get at any grocery store, but I always keep a bottle on hand at all times.

How about using up these dried flowers on a few occasions to make life easier with the herbs? I would do it with a couple of different herbs and put them in the jar. This would also make it easier if the herbs were more lavender.

I am a huge fan of dried herbs. I use them all the time. But I think this is a great idea. You can use some of the dried flowers to make some home made vinaigrette, or even make your own herb water in the meantime. There is also a ton of dried herbs on the market these days, and you’d be surprised how many are pretty cheap.
