The fact of the matter is that garlic in your ear won’t help you sleep. On a scale of 1-10, I’d give it a value of 7. The thing is, your ear isn’t a temple of sorts, it’s a place where your body goes to get the nutrients it needs, like blood, to keep you alive.
And unfortunately, garlic is the most potent of those nutrients, so its probably not a good idea to put it in your ear. But garlic in your ear is the perfect example of why you should not try to sleep with it. Because if you were to put a bunch of garlic in your ear, you’d be taking in a ton of nutrients, and the only way you’re going to get enough of it is by eating a lot.
In other words, every time you put garlic in your ear, you’re not going to get enough nutrients, and youre going to get less of it. The reason I tried this is because I didn’t like garlic. When I did that, my mother kept putting it directly in my ear like garlic, and it gave me the same bad feeling.
One of the things about garlic you might want to think about is how well it cleans things. After some research, I found a study that found that garlic is a powerful anti-bacterial agent. Apparently, it can keep the ear canal from becoming infected. What’s not clear is how this actually works, but it seems to have something to do with the antibacterial component of garlic. Garlic also contains a substance called capsaicin, which is also effective against bacteria.
Capsaicin is actually a compound that appears to protect the body from a wide variety of physical and chemical injuries. The compound is also responsible for the burning sensation that comes from some foods. That said, a big part of the reason I think eating garlic can be so effective is because of its ability to relax the entire nervous system. It has this effect on many different bodily functions, including digestion, pain relief, and blood circulation, just to name a few.
I’ve been using all kinds of earplugs and earmuffs in my life, but I always had a problem with earmuffs because they were too big. And I’m a big guy so I didn’t know how big earmuffs were supposed to be. So I started using earplugs that fit perfectly and I haven’t had any problems with them since.
