You can get herbs from the natural food store and herbal supplements. You can also find herbs in your kitchen. The most common and most effective herb teas are the ones made with green tea, black tea (including green), and oolong tea. Black tea is a good choice because it’s an herb tea. Green tea is good for the body, but if you want to be healthy then it’s better to avoid green tea. Oolong tea is good for the heart.

Some people are sensitive to the herb tea, so I recommend you don’t drink it. But most people can tolerate the herbal tea.
