stretches for restless legs

If you want to be a busybody when you’re living in your house, your first priority should be to stretch for a few moments. You may find that your legs are stretched tight, but that doesn’t mean you should not stretch, especially when you’re in a hurry. Think about stretching when you’re in the same room as your neighbors, for example.

My legs are too big to be a stretcher. Because of my height. Therefore, I don’t want to be too big for my legs. On the other hand, if I need to stretch my legs, I can just do a little handstand, but not enough to stretch my legs.

I’m not saying don’t stretch. And I do stretch. What I am saying is that because our bodies are so flexible, we don’t need to stretch them quite that much. The good news is that there are some stretching exercises you can do to help you get rid of those extra kilos.
