The good news is that most people do, in fact, sleep better when they’re awake. And many, if not most, people who do experience this phenomenon are due to their being overstimulated, over-excited, or under-stimulated.
Most people are over-stimulated when theyre awake. As a result, they often suffer from excessive sleepiness, which can cause them to fall asleep before they have the chance to wake up. And while that may sound like a good thing, it can cause them to fall asleep in the car, fall asleep in the shower, fall asleep on the train, and fall asleep in elevators.
Sleep apnea is a condition that appears to be increasing in importance in the world today. In fact, according to the National Sleep Foundation, it’s the number one sleep disorder of the 20.5 million Americans suffering from it. However, I can think of a few situations where sleep apnea may not be a cause for concern. The first is if you were sleep apnea victim, but woke up when you were in the shower.
In the shower, you can stop a nap. But you can’t stop a nap in the shower. Although I believe that most normal showers are pretty good at keeping you occupied, there are times when the water pressure can be too high. When the pressure is too high and you pass out, you can get “narcotics.” There is no scientific evidence that narcotics work, but I’m not really worried about it.
My concern is if the water is too high, and you end up with a nap. Ive heard anecdotal stories of people who woke up on sleep apnea and went through life as normally as possible. The one I heard about was a girl who died from an overdose. She was on methadone.
This is a really interesting and interesting book on sleep apnea. I’ll give it a shot.
We’re talking about the amount of time you sleep on it, and it’s a big deal. It’s probably a lot.
Sleeping too much on it is a big deal. It is a big deal because if you sleep on it too long, your body tries to get rid of the toxins, and it takes that time to process it. It is a big deal because you feel awful! It is a big deal because you have to wake up every day with a headache and a weird feeling down your back.
Sleep apnea can be very difficult to treat. Sleep apnea is caused by a blockage in the airway (the narrow opening at the end of your nose, mouth, and throat) which can limit airflow to the brain. When you cannot breath, your brain is unable to regulate blood sugar, which is necessary for survival. As a result, you may feel tired, short of breath, or have trouble walking.
