This post-partum dizzy light headed light headed lightheaded is a great way to share some of your favorite photos of your previous day’s events. I also love the way your photos help show how your life has changed over the past couple years, and how you have changed your relationship with God and the world around you.
Sometimes we feel like we’ve grown up too much through the years and we start to forget what we used to be like. I get that feeling from time to time. That’s why I love this feature, because it helps remind you of what you used to be like.
Well, the thing about the photos is that they’re not just for the “cool” people! They can be used by anyone to share a personal history that hasn’t quite hit the big time yet, and the more we remember the more we can share that with others.
In the last year Ive been more mindful of what I eat, how much I sleep, and what I exercise. Ive also started to work out more, which is good news for my midsection, and I am hoping this will help me to stay toned and healthy.
As a side effect of all this work out, you are bound to see a few more photos of yourself from an angle that shows off your new, slimmer belly. And you can bet I will be posting them here soon.
This is a great opportunity to share your own body with the world. We all have our own unique style, but this is a great way to show off your growing muscles and decrease the possibility of you being mistaken for a fat person.
I’m going to get a lot of hits and comments on this post, so I’d like to use it as an opportunity to plug my podcast. It’s called The Body Issue and it’s not going to be about nutrition, fitness, or anything other than learning how to live in a healthy way on a regular basis.

I have to say, I think this is a really good idea. I’ve been on the receiving end of too many comments from people who think I’m a crazy person for not posting a picture of my toenails, and I have to say I agree. I’m not a fat person, and I’m pretty sure the majority of people who read this post are not either.
Postpartum dizzy light headed is a condition that occurs during pregnancy when the body is unable to fully recuperate from the hormone relaxin. This makes it hard for the baby to get enough circulation to the brain, and the baby’s immature brains may fail to develop normally. The condition can be treated with medication, and the baby may be able to learn to navigate the world without becoming disoriented.
