When you have a family member that is a member of your family, the thought of starting a family in the future makes you feel anxious. While it is important to set realistic goals for your family, it is also important to take steps in the right direction to ensure they don’t grow into habits that can affect their physical and mental health in the future.
As an example, I recently started a family. I had a boyfriend who is a member of my family, and I had a daughter that is a member of my family. I knew that I wanted to start a family, and I knew I wanted to have a daughter. However, I did not plan for the future. In retrospect, I wish I had done a lot more research on the consequences of having a baby in the future.
The reason you’re not having kids, or at least planning, it not being planned can be because your subconscious mind is still trying to figure out what it is that you are trying to do. The same thing is true of procrastination. For example, if you’re trying to change your job, or figure out how to build your new house, or even get a job, then you’re still processing a lot of information about doing these things.
