natural remedies for autoimmune disease

So I’ve always heard that if you want to live healthy and free of disease, you should be eating a balanced diet and getting plenty of sleep. How does this apply to autoimmune disease? Celiac disease is a serious condition and is a lot more severe than the kind of autoimmune condition that leads to an autoimmune reaction to gluten. Although being gluten intolerant can lead to the same symptoms as celiac disease, you might find that eating gluten-free has a lot of benefits.

There is a reason why celiac disease is so common in the US. Gluten affects an estimated 3-5% of the US population, and can lead to digestive problems, inflammation, and in some cases, even cancer. In addition to gluten intolerance, celiac disease often shares a similar autoimmune profile, so if yours is triggered by a nutrient deficiency, you may be able to treat it with a small amount of supplements.

You can eat it, or you can eat it with wheat. The wheat and gluten are both different proteins that cause the body to make antibodies.
