In fact, a lot of people who are trying to eat healthy are just doing it backwards. They are not eating to their body’s needs, but to their brain’s.
It’s like a chicken sandwich, with lots of bread to keep it warm, so you don’t want to make the sandwich while you’re eating. It’s like a sandwich on a really big plate, filled with the wrong kind of food. It’s like a sandwich on a really big plate with all the wrong kinds of food.

The main reason for this is because when you eat a lot of a certain food, you get a lot of that food in your body. This makes it easier to not feel hungry. Ayurvedic remedies are actually very effective because they actually work on the nervous system, where you feel more full when you eat.
