No, I’m not saying you have to give up your pants. I’m not suggesting you don’t have sex, but it’s more the issue of a lack of sleep than the use of sex. If you want to get to sleep, you have to put some effort in to get to sleep.
I’m just saying, if you’re going to sleep, you have to be a little more proactive about it. And that’s where your clothes come in. They’re just a natural part of your daily routine that you shouldn’t just let happen.

The main problem with sleep with your uti is that you can wake up with a headache, but you dont really need the headache to wake you up, you just need the headache to get you out of bed. So sleep with the headache instead.
