After reading a book or two I’ve been told, I know what the next step is. I’ve been told, you have to get this done or you’ll be in bed all day. Well, I’m not so sure.
There is a lot of evidence to suggest that we could be more awake, and that getting this done may be more than enough. But the problem with taking a nap before bed is it can make our head feel like it is constantly throbbing with the effects of congestion. And if you think youre one of the guys with a bad head, consider the fact that many people on the planet have a similar experience.
If you’re trying to get a good night’s sleep, then you’re definitely not going to have a bad head. That’s why the best sleepers in this world are those with a healthy heart. So, to make sure you sleep all night, you need to relax, have a good night’s night, and get your blood flowing once in a while.
If youre having a bad night, then youre definitely not going to have a good head. Thats why the best sleepers in this world are those with a healthy heart. But if youre having a good nights night, then youre definitely going to have a healthy head. And if you have a good heart, then youll have a healthy head.
A good night’s sleep is like a good night long before you go to bed. You can’t just wake up and go to bed and sleep on a sofa. Some people sleep more than others. Sometimes we sleep better than others, but it’s a different story.
Sleep is like a very expensive car. You want to make it the best that it can be, so you want to make sure you’re getting the best air conditioning you can afford. And you want to make sure that you have the best ventilation system you can afford. And you want to make sure you’re getting the best room decor you can afford. But if you’re having a good nights night, then youre definitely going to have a healthy head.
I can’t say I’ve had the good fortune to sleep with chest congestion, but I’ve had it for a good reason: I was having a bad night. I was at work and I was in a meeting and I was trying to not think about my neck being sore, my hands being tender, and my shoulders being tight. I was trying to keep my mind off those feelings.
I was trying to be aware of my breathing; I was trying to slow it down because of the fact that I was trying to concentrate on something else. It was a hard adjustment when you are aware of every little breath you take and every little jolt of air hitting your face. It takes a little getting used to, but at least it is not constant.
I wish I could share my thoughts with you but unfortunately, I am not able to. I do, however, try to keep the information I write to myself and only give it to those who can make it worth my while. I have a lot of chest issues that I thought I had dealt with, but it turned out I have them all over again. I have had them for about a year and a half now. They all started in the last couple of months.
Like many of us, I was once a heavy sleeper but that has changed in a hurry. I’m now a sleeper who often falls asleep quickly, takes a few minutes to get up, and then sleeps for an hour or two. I do have to be careful about how I doze off and wake up. It’s not a pretty sight, but it is a necessary, and sometimes desirable, part of my lifestyle.
