The most common question I get from my clients is, “How can I get rid of my back fat?” And my answer: the same way I get rid of my legs’ fat, there are a few things you can do to get rid of your back fat.
You can exercise and eat right to burn off that belly fat. One of the easiest ways to do this is to just get into the kitchen and start making a mess. Make a big pot of chili and put it on the stove. When you’re done, take a big spoon and dunk the chili in the pot. Then add some veggies and some meat. Make sure to get the meat hot, so that it can soak up the chili.
I like to cook at least one pot a day. It seems to take my belly fat right down to the core and this helps with my back. It also helps me to have a bigger appetite, which in turn helps with my health.
When you’re ready to do this, let’s take a trip out to the beach. This is where you can easily get the perfect dinner and then head back to your car, the driver, to the beach to get your boat. You can do this by going to the beach or to the beach for a few minutes to get some fresh air.
