It’s very easy to throw up after drinking. In fact, it’s so easy you’ll actually do it. You might try to drink less and eat less, and you might skip the morning breakfast altogether, but you’ll always have a tendency to throw up.
You know what can happen to you when you feel like getting dehydrated? It will make you throw up. When you throw up, you’re not just dehydrating yourself; you’re dehydrating your body and your brain. The more you drink, the more your body tries to break down the food and the more you think it’s going to hurt. The more water you drink, the less you think it’s going to hurt.
That’s exactly how we feel if we drink too much. In fact, it’s why we feel like we have to drink to stay alive. Your body is trying to break down the food so it can keep its blood sugar level up and so you can keep your blood pressure down. And if you’re not careful, you’ll drink enough and you’ll end up dehydrating.
If you don’t drink water before a meal, you can end up throwing up. This is why we always drink water before our meals and why we love to drink coffee before an afternoon workout.
The difference is that you want an active lifestyle to help keep you hydrated and so for us to get over the fear of dying, we can’t. And we can’t get over that fear. I know we’re not supposed to drink water before breakfast but we’re not supposed to drink when we sleep and we’re not supposed to drink when we get up. We’re supposed to drink before bed.
I know this is a terrible excuse, but I just hate it when people say they are over eating before a workout or after a long and intense exercise session. I cant help thinking that it just makes the exercise too intense and not healthy for you. It sounds like a good excuse to me.
I remember telling my mom that I was eating before a long bike ride. She replied, “You’re just a kid,” and I think it was a really good way to make a point. The idea that we eat before we exercise is a myth. It’s a good way to motivate yourself to work out, but it’s a terrible excuse to eat after you exercise, especially if you are working out on an empty stomach.
If youre not a big fan of exercise, or youre not really into exercise in general, I can definitely understand how you would feel after an all-out session of eating. To me, exercise is supposed to be a mental act, not an activity. I just dont think its healthy if we overdo it, and just keep eating after we exercise that we are going to throw up.
I have known a number of people that have eaten something horrible after running a 5k. I think that’s a pretty extreme use of mental energy for an activity that is supposed to be a mental exercise. The fact is that you cant really blame the eating on people, but that does highlight the fact that eating after exercise is not healthy.
Yeah, I know throwing up after exercise is not healthy because I know several people who have done it. And why can’t I blame them for doing it? I mean, it’s not like I can’t stop throwing up if I want to, but I’m not sure the same rule applies for someone who has been drinking, so I’m not sure what to do there.
