First of all, try not drinking or eating anything that would contain alcohol. This includes salt, beer, whiskey, red wine, wine, and even red fruit juice. You should also drink plenty of water. If this does nothing, you should probably go to the ER. Second, drink a lot of fluids, like apple juice, orange juice, grapefruit juice, vegetable juice, and blood. You should also get plenty of sleep. You could also try taking a nap after drinking too much.
This may seem counterintuitive, but drinking too much can lead to a rapid increase in blood pressure and stress hormones. This is why I always recommend a full stomach before a big meeting or a big event. Lastly, avoid overdoing it. If you’re an alcoholic, you should know that just like with caffeine, it’s a diuretic and can cause dehydration, which can lead to dehydration of your liver.
That being said, I think it’s important to not exceed your recommended recommended daily intake levels for alcohol. If you have the habit of drinking a lot then you should probably only drink small amounts. And if you’re just starting to drink, you should probably stick to drinking less and less each day. Alcoholics Anonymous, Alcoholics Society, and the American Association of Alcoholics can all recommend drinking what you need and avoid overdoing it.
I am not a doctor so I can’t tell you exactly what to drink, or what level to go at as far as dosage goes. But for my money, as long as you’re in a good place with your diet and hydration, you should not exceed your recommended daily alcohol intake (i.e. you should only drink small amounts). You should also avoid overdoing it. It’s a lot more dangerous. I myself am still in the process of trying to figure that one out.
For me, my problem is that I can’t always tell if I’m drinking too much or too little. I think the first time I had a drink, I went through a few different stages, and I wasn’t really sure what to do. This led to a lot of panic, and I ended up throwing up in the bathroom, which is a very bad sign. A lot of people have the same problem, but it seems to be a very, very specific one.
