herbal extracts


I’m not a big fan of synthetic/herbal extracts. However, I know that many people have been using them for years. I don’t know about you, but I have taken a lot of herbal supplements over the years. I’ve had some fantastic success in my own wellness and health goals.

For me, herbal extracts are not for the faint of heart. I know there is some scientific research that suggests they may actually be detrimental to your brain and central nervous system. They have to be taken very carefully however.

However, when i take them, it actually seems to make things a lot better. They seem to be so effective at making you feel more rested and energized. I recommend taking only a few at a time.
