I don’t think it’s fair to call kale baby kale salad. Green oats and kale salad? If you’re really looking to change your diet, I say, “Just eat kale.” It’s a little healthier and a lot tastier.
I dont care if the greens are baby kale, if they’re kale, I don’t care if you’re eating greens. You’ll be healthier, and you’ll feel better.
