If you have restless legs, it’s a good idea to have an oil that will soothe your muscles so that they don’t become too sore. Many oils to choose from are based on the scent of the plant on which they are made. They also contain essential oils that are specifically designed to help relieve muscle spasms and inflammation.
Some of the oils I personally use are Cetearyl Alcohol, Vetiver and Cetearyl Alcohol. The Cetearyl Alcohol oil was specifically designed to relieve muscle spasms and inflammation. As it turns out, Im not the only one that has a problem with this, but I’m convinced I do have a number of other issues with this.
I’m not a fan of essential oils, but I do think it’s important to remember that some aromatics can have a shelf life. That means that if you dont like a certain type of oil, you could be using it for a very long time. Just be very careful if you’re using your oils for a long time.
It is also important to note that some oils, like cinnamon, can have a life of up to ten years. But I was going to write the article on this, so I’ll share some of my thoughts on this.
