Constipation is one of those times when it’s nice to take a walk outside and breathe the fresh air. Not only does this help us keep our bowels moving, it also gives us some much needed stress relief.

While this oil may be helpful with a variety of issues, it is also effective against other types of constipation. My personal experience with this oil is that it makes bowel movements easier and less painful. If you have a chronic problem with constipation, you should definitely consider using this oil.
Of course, the other oils mentioned in this article (and several others) could be useful as well. Just like any other type of medication, you should consider using these oils to help control your symptoms.
This is a lot of information, but it’s not the only one. The other things that may be helpful are lubricants, anti-inflammatory drugs, and herbal products.
Like any other medicine, you want to make sure that you use them according to the directions and the dosage that you’ve determined to be best for you. If you’ve been constipated for some time, you might find that using the recommended amount will help, or perhaps you’ll find that using smaller amounts will do more harm than good. Also, like any other medicine, you want to use it at the first sign of pain. Don’t be afraid to be flexible, though.
