does flax seed make you poop

Flax seed can actually make you poop. Flax seed is a common food source in the United States, and the seed itself is one of the few things that actually contains seed protein. This is because it contains the same proteins as animal protein, which is why many people have issues with it. One common complaint I know about flax seed is that it doesn’t hold its shape as easily.

This is more of a question of style than substance, but it’s definitely worth considering. Even though there’s no doubt that flax seed is more of an addictive than a healthy food source, its flavor is slightly less refined than animal protein. It’s not exactly a common food source that I found in the internet, but I’m guessing that it’s at least partly due to its small size.

So I was looking into flax seed and decided to make an attempt to learn more about the nutrients in it. Well, I found a bunch of information on flax seed and its health benefits. For starters, the seed is high in fiber, which is a complete protein, but also contains a lot of other nutrients.

Fiber is good for digestion, so it makes sense that it would be good for your digestive system. But there are some health benefits to flax seed too. Flax seed contains omega-3 fatty acids (found in fish oil), which means it can be good for the heart.

Omega-3 fatty acids are good for the heart because they reduce inflammation. And it’s interesting that a lot of flax seeds have been shown to increase the production of the “good” fats in your body. The seeds are high in linoleic acid, which is considered essential for brain function and body function. It is also a type of omega-9 fatty acids, which are considered essential for maintaining a healthy heart, liver, and brain.

Well, if my hypothesis holds up, it could be that flax seeds are good for the brain because they contain high levels of omega-3 fatty acids. But that would be a lot of flax seeds, which is why it would be hard to find.

The flaxseed oil is actually a type of omega-9 fatty acids, so it is good for the brain, but it is not essential omega-9 fatty acids. The reason that it is a good source of these essential omega-9 fatty acids is because it is found in the linoleic acid. Linoleic acid is a form of omega-3 fatty acids.

In addition to being a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, flaxseed oil is a very good source of omega-9 fatty acids. It contains 9 to 20 times more omega-9 fatty acids than its closest omega-3 fatty acid cousin, linoleic acid. It is a good source of Omega-9 fatty acids because they are the type of fatty acids that are found in fish oils.

This is because it is a very good source of omega-9 fatty acids, but not necessarily of Omega-3 fatty acids.
