I know it seems like I am coming down with all these crazy ideas, but I am just trying to simplify my life. I am not trying to be dramatic, but I am trying to work out the kinks and be more consistent with my decision making.
Not to sound like a broken record, but I have never been a good planner. I usually have a lot to do and a lot to think about. A lot of times I forget my schedule and get busy.
Sometimes when you are busy you forget that you are busy. This is why it is important to take breaks. You should always have a plan A and plan B for a given situation, and you should have a plan C, if you don’t have one.
I’m going to need a few more breaks. I’m getting on the bad foot now. I know, I’m in over my head. I’ve been working too hard. I’m not happy. I don’t know what to make of my schedule, and I feel like I’m going to have a breakdown tomorrow. I can’t get my head around it.
The problem is, the more you try to force yourself to fit into a preset routine, the more you lose the ability to do so. By forcing yourself to do something, you are also making the action of that routine harder for you. If you’re having a breakdown because you overworked, you’re going to be more likely to push yourself even harder, and you’ll probably end up overdoing it.
This is why exercise is important. If youre not exercising, your body will try to compensate for the lack of exercise by slowing down. The result is that youll probably have a hard time doing your exercise routine unless you go to the gym.
The same applies here. When you start to overwork you wont do as much, and youll find that it becomes more difficult to stay focused. You’ll start to get dizzy and sick while you exercise. Doing a ton of reps before you head to the gym can help alleviate the dizziness.
There are a number of ways that we can help keep our hearts beating and our bodies moving at their peak level. The key is to make sure we get enough rest. If youve been doing a lot of cardio in the past few days, you need to get some sleep. If you haven’t been sleeping well in the past few days, you should definitely do some.
And also, if youre feeling like youre too tired to workout, getting a little nap might be a good idea.
A great way to help get your heart pumping is to take a little rest. Doing some yoga or jogging might help you feel less drained and tired. But whatever works for you, take a nap.
