I’m a big advocate of having a well-thought-out plan for each day of the week. I’ve always liked to have a quick list of things I need to do this week, as well as a list of things that I want to do. I like finding a balance between lists so I don’t feel overwhelmed.

I like being able to set goals like this. I think that keeping track of what I can do on the days I’m allowed to do is a great way to keep track of the days I can do. I think that with each day of the week I’ve got a list of things I can do that I like better.

It feels like you’ve been there before and you don’t know how to do it.
