I have noticed that baking soda is a common item in homes, and most often used as a disinfectant (you know, like washing your hands or your clothes). It is also the most effective way to kill lactobacillus.

Lactobacillus bacteria are normally harmless, but they are able to tolerate the salt in the baking soda. By using it to kill bacteria, you are taking one less step in your path to death. It is also a very easy thing to do, and you could have a child (or any other living creature) using a little baking soda to kill germs.

The problem is that lactose-free products are in the same category as sugar-free products. The difference between sugar-free products and lactose-free products is that the sugar-free product is made with artificial sweeteners, while the lactose-free product is made from ingredients that are safe to use. The lactose-free product is safe since it is not made with artificial sweeteners, while most of the sugar-free products are made with artificial sweeteners.
