I am a tall person, just like my husband. He is also a tall person. I am tall, he is big, and he keeps me in the best shape of my life. If you’re thinking of getting into running, you should definitely consider African neck stretching. Because it’s not only for kids, this is a great workout that your whole family can do. You can do it at home too, and it’s easier than you can imagine.
I do have one of the best friends in the world, but this is just the tip of the barrel.
African neck stretching is one of the easiest exercises I know of that you can do at home. I got this from a book I got a years ago called, “The Running Club Guide to Self-Awareness” by Dr. David Epstein. The exercise is simple and you can do it at home, even with kids. I have a friend that is a professional runner.
The first time I saw a client do it, I was so impressed with her dedication. I had no idea that she does this exercise to get a big butt.I used to have a big butt like a baseball player, but now I’m a bit of a littler man so the “big butt” thing is a bit more pronounced than I would like.
You can also try to do it at home. The problem here is that if you do it at home, you will become less comfortable with it. You also need to understand what it is like to be at the party. You need to know how to do it, and what sort of body you need, so you can get your butt into it.
I find it strange that the video, which you will see in the next paragraph, is titled “african neck stretching.” I have no idea what that means. It sounds like some sort of crazy cult.
