The best way to relieve sinus congestion is with just the right dose of tea. I like it when I have tea to help clear my sinus. I don’t necessarily mean the tea is for the sinus, though. A lot of tea is for sinus. I like to have a tea I’m more aware of and can recognize the various effects and ways that it affects me, including what happens when I don’t drink it.

I think about tea for sinus congestion the most, but I dont tend to use it at all. Like many other things, it is great for congestion, but once I get a headache I can’t go on. Sometimes the best way to get the best results is with tea.

You can’t really avoid getting a cold when you drink tea; it is just too easily triggered. It’s not a very healthy way to put it, but tea is a good source of antioxidants and is a good way to hydrate.
