Sciatica pain and numbness is a common condition that causes us to have pain and discomfort in the buttocks, legs, and other areas of our body. Here are some of the best ways to alleviate pain and reduce your symptoms.
Try this: Drink water.

Water can be easily absorbed directly into your bloodstream, so there’s no need to drink plain water, but you can always add a bit of liquid like water or juice to your food. If you find you’re in pain after eating or drinking a liquid, add some ice to your cup.
This recipe might sound a bit strange to some of you, but I am really glad that it’s here. It is my favorite way to make it. It’s hard to not get sick when you don’t have anything to eat.
I’m a fan of the water stuff since I can get the recommended dose of vitamin A in water. Its worth it to take the pill in addition to water, though.
