My legs feel heavy and weak. This is because I’m probably not doing anything I’m supposed to do. I’m just sitting around. There’s nothing I can do but sit here. It’s not that I’m lazy, but it’s just that nothing I’m doing is my thing.

I guess that’s a good thing because you should be doing something. But like most people I know, it’s not that I’m lazy. It’s just that I’m not trying to do things I enjoy. Like if I love music, I’m going to be doing music. If I’m going to be doing comics, I’m going to be doing comics.

Actually, your body needs a lot of work, and you definitely don’t want to sit around doing nothing. It sounds like you’re sick, and that’s normal. Not only does it make your muscles weaker, but you’re also putting a lot of pressure on your joints. That’s why it’s very important to exercise, and you should start by starting with your lower body.

I work out regularly and for years I have been taking a fitness class and eating better. If you’re a self-aware person, you can’t be too careful. Some people, however, have a lot of things on their plate. For example, some of them don’t have what is called “nourishment” as a basis for their diet. Which is a little odd when you consider that one of the most important parts of life is nutrition. And when you say nutrition, you really mean to say that food is not the one place you eat.
